When we are surrounded by people who believe what we believe, trust emerges.

Ever since I was a little girl, I dreamt about working in television.   After graduating from San Francisco State University, my dreams came true. I quit my local reporter job, packed my bags and drove south with one goal in mind, to live the Hollywood Dream!  And I did, my first job was at E! Entertainment assisting on Makeover TV Shows and Live From the Red Carpet events... I casted many notable Reality TV programs, resulting in many successful spin-offs and I even hosted my own local outdoor adventure show, Let's Go LA!  Each day I strive for more meaning in my life and in 2015, I was recruited to be a Port Lecturer for cruise ships! I absolutely love what I do when I'm out at sea, because I get the opportunity to meet people from all over the world and help my guests create memories that last a lifetime. On the side, I also have a passion in the Health & Wellness Fitness Industry. I enjoy helping people look and feel their best, because once I took care of myself (complete unconditional love for myself: body, mind and soul) I started becoming a happier person.  I believe that if every one took a moment to take care of themselves, the world would be a kinder place.  We should all be smiling and laughing more, even if it gives us a few wrinkles...
